Our Story
We founded I Am Grounded in late 2018 after getting our hands on coffee fruit, the part of the coffee plant usually discarded after the beans are removed. It has no coffee taste but all the health benefits associated with coffee - namely the antioxidants.
So we got to work to turn this upcycled ingredient into soft, naturally caffeinated bars that are rich in antioxidants and made to feel good in your body. Our controlled energy system lets you choose your ideal dose of natural caffeine, so you can fuel up without the crash or the gut drama.

Our SUPR Bars are powered by coffee fruit concentrate (not an extract), sourced from partner farms in Colombia. Coffee fruit, also known as coffeeberry, is naturally rich in polyphenols including chlorogenic acid, catechins and caffeic acid, plus measurable antioxidant capacity.
Endurance
A smooth, natural energy release powered by coffee fruit. Because it's delivered in a real-food bar, the lift feels steady and sustained, not a sharp spike.
Focus
Coffee fruit (coffeeberry) has been clinically studied in relation to BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) and cognitive support, helping support focus and mental clarity when performance matters.
Recovery
