Shipping policy
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
- All orders are packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Australian Orders
We charge a flat rate for orders under $60 within Australia and offer FREE shipping for orders over $60.
For local deliveries, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 3 business days is expected, dependent on Sendle/ Australia Post’s delivery schedule and holiday/ discount periods. In many cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 3-9 working days. Parcels may be slightly delayed during peak Holiday / Sales seasons like Black Friday/ Green Friday, EOFY, Xmas and Boxing day (where wait times can be slightly longer), please account for this!
If you do not want your order left in a safe place when you are not home to receive it, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order with us.

Return Parcels
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Iamgrounded with an address to be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
