I’m sorry but I didn’t like the bars at all. Perhaps because I can’t drink coffee and I have a sweet tooth? I struggled to notice the differences in flavours as the underlying coffee flavour was so overpowering. 😢

A couple of years ago my wife and I first tried and bought I am Grounded Bars at a Food and Wine Festival. We’ve been enjoying them ever since and they are a staple in our pantry. Delicious, nutritious and satisfying and a great snack before any activity. THE 3PM Cocoa, Almond is a favourite.

Both my wife & I love them; not too sweet, and perfect for on the run.
I didn’t mind the texture of these. I’m not too sure if my texture sensitive other half will dig it. It was like cookie dough if you were trying to make a cookie out of fruit. But really it was like a present. First the texture, then the taste! Yum! I haven’t checked the ingredients but I reckon very little artificial ingredients have been added.

Very handy & tasty health snacks. I happened to be driving long distances over the last 3 days and these snacks kept me going. Very yummy & sustaining.
I absolutely love these bars. They taste great, are the perfect size, and so easy to grab and stick I. My bag for a pick me up at work when I have 3:30itis ;-) Amazing these are only 201 calories. Thank you for making gluten free and vegetarian/vegan.
The salted caramel is okay( especially at half price ), but I prefer the peanut butter or lemon flavours.
These bars are quite satisfying, for a between meal snack.

This is the best bar yet to my taste. I use these bars when i need just a bit of caffeine which i am very sensitive to. I have not been able to drink ground coffee for years as it affects my sleep badly. These bars are perfect and perfectly delicious.

Great way to test out the different bars. My favourites would be lemon/coconut, salted caramel and blueberry/macadamia. Give you a natural pick up and l found help with cravings.
I always take these hiking. A great tasting healthy snack. I can't pick a favourite.

I chose these bars as i love their flavour. I am very sensitive to caffein so have to be careful of how much i take so one bar around midday is about right to set me up for the afternoon. I dont eat or drink before noon.
