Great bars for exercising

I am a ultra-distance trail runner in my spare time and I use I am Grounded range of bars for when I am training and racing. Great taste, texture and running goodness at all stages of my running - pre, during and post! perfect!

I absolutely love these bars. They taste great, are the perfect size, and so easy to grab and stick I. My bag for a pick me up at work when I have 3:30itis ;-) Amazing these are only 201 calories. Thank you for making gluten free and vegetarian/vegan.

i was amazed to learn that these bars have as much caffeine as a shot of coffee just the boost to start your day nourishing breakfast on the go.

You might love it if you are an espresso lover. You need to be really good with your taste buds and your palette to catch that peanut butter taste. Strong coffee flavour that overrides the peanut butter flavour. A lot like a strong bitter coffee. Couldn't taste peanut butter. I think this one has higher caffeine than other flavour bars I'm grounded has. I guess it's good for specific use if you are after a pre workout thats a bar. Missing that little bit of sweetness, taste and that protein bar feeling while munching on it.
