used it for a pre work out bar with a pre workout shake and if give me the little extra boost in the rep range.
used THE ARVO with a post work out shake for muscle recovery.
although I would like them to have 15g of protein , total fat 5g, sugar 4g.
all in all was a nice tasting bar and would not hesitate to buy them again

lots of variety, flavours and strenghts for what you might need that day! The Expresso 60mg (the Pick Me Up) is a bit too bitter for my taste sadly.
