WHO WOULD BENEFIT?
Coffee fruit you say? Yes! Coffee is actually a cherry, and it’s the seeds inside that cherry that we consume every day in our morning cup, but the leftover fleshy bit a delicious superfruit pulp is considered a wasted byproduct often left to rot.
With the gentle caffeine (the equivalent of a green tea), and the flavour of plum/apricots, we decided to do something about this waste problem. We spent 18 months testing these recipes and functional benefits and came up with three great products tailored to your daily /activity routines.
I love the idea behind these bars which use the waste from the coffee roasting process. Moreover, they are excellent healthy snacks when a burst of energy is needed, and are delicious.

We absolutely love these bars! I am obsessed with the lemon ones and my partner loves the cocoa and expresso ones. The only trouble is the box just doesn’t last long enough!! I have been recommending them to everyone I know 😍
These are the breakfast that my life has been missing, so convient, delicious and sustainable. The espresso one packs an aboslute punch and is a serious pick me up, but the lemon so far is my favourite! Yet to try the cocoa one but the bar has been set very high (pun 100% intended).
I like all 3 flavours but the lemon and coconut is my favourite. fantastic job guys! love the mission statement and bars.
